    Shipping Policy

    Every bar is cut, cured, and packed by hand in Florida. Here's exactly what happens between your order confirmation and the box on your doorstep.

    • Free shipping at $55+

      Orders of $55 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free within the United States. Below that, a flat standard rate is calculated at checkout.

    • Handmade, then packed fast

      Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays go out the next business day.

    • Tracking on every order

      You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as your box leaves our Florida workshop.

    • Subscriptions ship on schedule

      Subscribe & Save boxes ship on your chosen cadence. You can skip, reschedule, or cancel a renewal any time before it processes.

    Transit times are carrier estimates after your order ships and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can add a few days.

    Addresses & delivery issues

    • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address before the order ships — email us right away and we'll try to catch it.
    • Packages returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus original shipping, or we can reship once you confirm a corrected address.
    • If tracking shows delivered but the box isn't there, check with neighbours and your building first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
    • Damaged in transit? Send a photo of the box and bars within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the order.

    International shipping

    We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses. We're working on international options — if you'd like us to ship to your country, tell us where you are and we'll add it to the list.
