    Privacy Policy

Effective August 4, 2026. This explains what we collect when you shop at mrtropicalsoap.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

    1. Information we collect

    • Order information — name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and order contents. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
    • Account and subscription details — login credentials, delivery cadence, and renewal history when you create an account or subscribe.
    • Rewards activity — points earned and redeemed, and reward codes issued to you.
    • Content you submit — reviews, ratings, newsletter sign-ups, and messages sent through our contact form.
    • Usage data — device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location derived from IP address.

    2. How we use it

    • Process, ship, and support your orders, returns, and subscriptions.
    • Run the rewards program and issue discount codes.
    • Publish and moderate reviews you choose to submit.
    • Send order updates and, if you opt in, marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.
    • Improve the site, measure marketing, and prevent fraud and abuse.
    • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

    3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share what is needed with service providers who work on our behalf, including:

    • Shopify — storefront, checkout, payments, and order records.
    • Shipping carriers and fulfillment tools — to deliver your order and provide tracking.
    • Our rewards platform — to track points and issue reward codes.
    • Email and analytics providers — to send transactional and opted-in email and to measure site usage.
    • Our backend hosting and database provider — to store reviews, newsletter sign-ups, and contact messages.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or as part of a business transfer.

    4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used, including Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can enable a Global Privacy Control signal — though some parts of the store may not work without essential cookies.

    5. Marketing email and SMS

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by emailing us. We will still send transactional messages such as order confirmations and shipping notices. If we ever add SMS, it will be opt-in and you can reply STOP to end it.

    6. Retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, honor our guarantee, and meet tax and legal requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Reviews stay published unless you ask us to remove them.

    7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant providers, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    8. Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To make a request, email info@sylvanartnaturals.com and we will verify your identity before responding.

    9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

    10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do. Questions or requests: email info@sylvanartnaturals.com or call (561) 926-5610.
